As the year ends, it is natural that we look back at the year and see what resolutions we need to make. Here at Nelco Products, we are no different. We know that 2012 has been difficult on many people and pray that those affected, are now safe and warm and enjoying the holiday season.
First, we want to thank you, our customers, for making Nelco Products successful in 2012. We know that without you, our customers, we would not be in business for another year. It is because of you, that we have a couple of resolutions we are going to make.
Our first resolution is to provide the best in customer service. We at Nelco Products is proud of their commitment to customer service. We ensure our customer service representatives are highly trained in our products and we want to ensure that continues on through 2013 and beyond.
Our second resolution is fast and accurate shipping. We want you, our customer to ensure that when you place an order, you receive exactly what you ordered. We also want to ensure that when we ship it, it gets to your address quickly as possible so you can succeed in your projects.
Our third resolution is communication. We have many different ways of communicating with our customers. One of them is via email. You can sign up for our emails on our home page, www.nelcoproducts.com. This will let you know what new products are available and what types of sales we are running. We are also on Facebook. Follow us for updates to our blog, new products, and just products you may not have known we carry.
Our fourth resolution is to update our website making it easier for you the customer to navigate and find products. This will be slow in coming, but sometime in 2013, the new site will be complete. We will still be at https://www.nelcoproducts.com/ so that will not be changing. Keep an eye on your email, the blog, and Facebook for updates to the release of the new site.
