Nelco offers four different classes of Adhesive-Lined Shrink Tubing for your needs including Adhesive-Lined Flexible Polyolefin Tubing-2:1 and Flexible Flame-Retardant Polyolefin Shrink Tubing-2:1. NP- 300 adhesive- lined heat shrink tubing can be used in cable and wiring projects involving braided- shield pigtails, electrical wiring, mechanical wiring assemblies, electronic components, electrical wire splices, breakouts, connectors for cables and wires, solder joints, delicate wire terminations, electrical cable end sealing and beyond!

  • This versatile semi-rigid polyolefin adhesive shrink tubing solution meets all AMS- DTL- 23053/4D and UL specifications and has a 2.5:1 shrink ratio.
  • NP- 300 adhesive- lined shrink tubing is currently available in Class 1 only and in the color black.

Nelco Products offers adhesive, semi-​rigid, polyolefin heat shrink tubing in a variety of sizes. This 1/8″ adhesive shrink tubing will shrink down to 40% of its size when heated to a minimum temperature of 135°C (275°F). The standard operating temperature of the semi-​rigid polyolefin tubing is from -55°C (-67°F) to 110°C (230°F). The tubing however, can withstand higher temperatures for a short period of time, but adhesive will reflow will occur at temperatures above 80°C (176°F). This semi-​rigid heat shrink tubing shrink tubing solution meets all SAE-​AMS-​DTL-​23053/4D and UL specifications. The adhesive-​lined shrink tubing is currently available in Class 1 only and in the color black.
