Offering an exceptional level of high-​temperature fluid performance, Fluoroelastomer Viton tubing is perfect for custom covering and protection of wiring and wire components in a wide array of aircraft/aerospace applications. Viton Fluoroelastomer heat shrink tubing can be effectively utilized in jobs involving electronic control systems, intake and brake line tubing, hydraulic fluid transport mechanisms, as well as in chemical plants.

  • Viton Modified Fluoroelastomer Tubing is available in an assortment of convenient sizes ranging from 1/8” to 1¼”, NP-​650.
  • Viton Fluoroelastomer tubing meets all MIL-​R-​46846, Type III, Class 1 and AMS-​DTL-​23053/13 Fluoroelastomer tubing specifications.
  • This product has a 2:1 heat shrink ratio.
  • We offer this product in the color black.
  • Packages are available to order in sizes of either a 100′ spool or a standard spool. In inches, tubing size ranges from 3/16” to 1-1/4.”

Viton Tubing, Modified Fluoroelastomer is used when high temperature resistances are needed. The tubing shrinks to 1/2 of its original size to ensure a tight, insulated bundle against high heat.
