What are some general tips for designing and selecting custom printed heat shrink tubing?
It’s always best to start with a sample print, so you can see the sizing and readability of your custom printed tubing. When designing strictly text, you want it to be concise, bold and easy to read. If you’re custom printing a logo or image, make sure you use a high-resolution image so it will print clearly and legibly. -

What sizes are available for custom printed heat shrink?
No matter what your project is, we have a heat shrink solution with the proper shrink ratio. The shrink ratio for our printed heat shrink tubing includes 1.125:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1 and 4:1. -
What colors of heat shrink can be custom printed?
We have a wide array of color options for custom heat shrink, including black, blue, red, green, purple, red, yellow, gray, orange, white and more. -

What is the fastest way to submit an order?
Orders may be placed online, by phone, fax or email. -
How soon will my order be shipped?
Typically, if the item(s) you have ordered are in stock and your order is received by 3pm EST, your order will ship that day. If there are delays due to inventory, your Nelco Products sales representative will inform you of the estimated ship date. -
Does Nelco Products have an order minimum?
We require a $50 minimum order. -

What is the best way to shrink heat shrink tubing?
We recommend using an electronic heat gun that is specially designed to produce the correct amount of heat to shrink tubing and connectors for wire protection or wire identification. -
What is the best way to cut expandable sleeving?
We recommend a hot knife. The heated blade slices through most grades of expandable sleeving and seals the ends to prevent fraying during installation. For information on hot knives, contact a sales representative. -
