Crimping barrel and flared portion of nylon insulated ring terminal provide excellent electrical contact plus mechanical stress relief at junction of insulation and barrel. Positioning crimp tool is nearly mistake proof due to a “step” in nylon insulation.
Industry standard color coding indicates wire range for these nylon insulated ring terminals. Insulation is rated at a continuous operating temperature range from -40ºC to 105 ºC /-40ºF to 220ºF.
