A cone shaped, plated steel spring conforms to the inside contour of the insulating electrical connector shell, which supports the spring as the conductor is driven up into the cone. These durable wire connectors no pre-twisting, the wires are automatically twisted together for a secure connection and maximum wire contact. Fixed spring wire connectors may be used to make branch circuit or fixture wire connections on numerous combinations of solid and/or stranded wire.

A square wire, coiled spring expands freely within the tough plastic shell of each of our high quality wing wire connectors and can thus accommodate a wide range of wire combinations. The angled edges of the spring attaches to the conductor as the connector is twisted on for an easily secured joint. The spring applies even pressure over the entire contact area, and provides a low resistance connection and mechanical strength against pull and vibration. | |

| | High Temperature Wire Connectors: Rated at an ultra-strong 302°F (150°C), high temperature wire connectors are designed for use in HID lighting, high-wattage fixtures and signs. High temperature connectors are also ideal for new construction, maintenance and manufacturing applications. The large barrel-shaped cap on each high temp wire connector eases hand-threading, and the deep, wide throat allows for easy entry and full coverage of each wire connection.

| | Ceramic wire connectors are excellent for high temperature (over 150°C) wire connection applications. These ceramic connectors are ideal for electrical, lighting, heating and cooking appliances. The large skirt opening on each ceramic wire connector permits fast wire entrance during hand or power drive assembly. All ceramic connector sizes have a 300 volt maximum. There is no temperature limit.

| | Easy and time saving - to install one, just squeeze - no stripping or twisting. The unique "U" contact provides dependable electrical connections.
- A "live spring" joint is made by driving the "U" contact down into the connector.
- As the "U" contact is pressed into the connector, it grasps conductors as it displaces insulation.
- The contact grips the conductor and holds with a firm, resilient pressure.

| | These nylon closed end insulated wire connectors feature two-piece construction, a translucent nylon molded insulator and a metal wire connector insert. The wire connector's insert is made of highly durable annealed, tin-plated, seamless, pure electrolytic, tough pitch copper. Individual closed end wire connector design and performance requirements dictate the use of copper inserts. These insulated connectors are all rated for a maximum of 600 volts, and are also available on Mylar tape.
