How do I check the status of a RFQ I submitted to Nelco Products?
You may login to your account to review RFQ requests as well as view previous orders, expired quotes, and update your account information. If at any time you need to speak with a Nelco Products representative, call our toll-free number 1-800-505-6352.

How do International prospects/customers submit online quotes?
At this time we are unable to process international online RFQ's (Request for Quotes) or orders, with the exception of Canada. If you would like to receive a quote, please email your product & quantity requirements, and we'll get back to you right away.
Product Information
What is the best way to shrink heat shrink tubing?
We recommend using an electronic heat gun which is specially designed to produce the correct amount of heat to shrink tubing and connectors for wire protection or wire identification.
What is the best way to cut expandable sleeving?
We recommend a hot knife. The heated blade slices through most grades of expandable sleeving and seals the ends to prevent fraying during installation. For information on hot knives, contact a sales representative.

Orders
What is the fastest way to submit an order?
Orders may be placed by phone, fax or email. Orders may also be placed online if you have submitted a RFQ and received pricing through our online RFQ system.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Typically, if the item(s) you have ordered are in stock and your order is received by 3pm EST, your order will ship that day. If there are delays due to stock, your Nelco Products sales representative will inform you of the estimated ship date.
Does Nelco Products have an order minimum?
We require a $50 minimum order.
