Wrap-It Sleeving (Wrap Around Sleeving)
Wrap-it sleeving also known as wrap around sleeving, is a great solution to protect any wire or cable assembly from chaffing, cutting, or abrasions. If you have an assembly that needs to be protected but it is already connected, do not worry, this sleeving is split open and all you have to do is wrap it around whatever you need to. It is self-sealing so once you connect the two sides, you have a tight seal. You can use this wrap around sleeving in just about any automotive, marine, home, or office installation because this sleeving has a very high melting point of 255°C (491°F). This sleeving is resistant to automobile fluids such as fuels, oils, antifreeze, brake fluid, and window cleaner fluids.

Another use for the wrap-it sleeving is to disguise pipes. I have seen one person use the wrap around sleeving to disguise the PVC pipe they installed around their salt-water fish tank so it blended in better with the stand it was on.
